The petitioner has approached this Court that the respondent police are harassing him under the guise of an enquiry. 2.The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that there is a civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the third respondent. Based on the complaint of the third respondent, the respondent police are harassing the petitioner under the guise of an enquiry. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the respondent police have not registered any case as against the petitioner and they are not harassing him. It is only an enquiry they are conducting pursuant to the complaint forwarded by the CM cell to the respondent police on 27.05.2024.
