O R D E R
Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The writ petitioner had already moved this Court by filing W.P.(MD)No.5775 of 2010. Vide order dated 10.03.2017, the said writ petition was allowed and the following direction was passed: - " 4. For all the above reasons, the order impugned in the writ petition is quashed and rule nisi is made absolute. The District Revenue Officer is directed to restore the petition filed by the petitioner to his file and conduct enquiry either through the Revenue Divisional Officer or the Tahsildar and take steps to correct the wrong entries that had crept in in the revenue records during the UDR and natham settlement scheme. This exercise shall be completed with a period of six months from the date of receipt of a 2/4
3 W.P.(MD)NO.15049 OF 2022 copy of this order. If it is found that names of other persons have been included, the authority shall issue notice to the persons whose names have been included and hear them before passing final orders. ..."
3. It appears that till date the enquiry is still pending. This is unfortunate.
4. The second respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned proceedings and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
