ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police in connection with Crime No.Not Known of 2024 for the offence under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) of IPC, have filed this petition. 1/3

2.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that, in fact, the petitioners' mother lodged a complaint, on which, the respondent police have registered a case in Crime No.179 of 2024. Subsequently, the present complaint has been lodged by the defacto complainant, however, the same has not been registered by the respondent police. Further, the respondent police also treated the complaint as a petition enquiry and the same is pending.

3.Considering the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioners.
