This writ petition is filed for a writ of mandamus forbearing the respondents from constructing water tank at A/m.Thondi Amman Temple premises in Survey No.57/1 of Thondi Village, Thiruvadanai, Ramanathapuram District. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents are attempting to construct a water tank in S.No.57/1, which is classified as temple land. 3.When this writ petition is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents based on the written instructions received from the panchayat submits that there is no proposal for construction of the water tank in S.No.57/1.

4.Recording the above submission of the learned Government Advocate, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
