ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 379 of IPC r/w Sections 21(1) & 21(2) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 in Crime No.265 of 2020, seeks anticipatory bail.

3. Considering the nature of allegation as against this petitioner and the antecedents of this petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
