5.R.Gunasekaran ..Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records and to quash the impugned proceedings of the fourth respondent in Na.Ka.No.A4/4573/2017, dated 19.7.2017 on the ground that the same is arbitrary, illegal and in violation of the principles of natural justice and consequently to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to restore the patta in accordance with the title deeds of the respective parties to the proceedings.

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the order of the fourth respondent dated 19.7.2017.

2.Heard Mr.V.Balaji, learned counsel for the Petitioner, Mr.G.Muthukannan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 and Mr.G.Thalaimutharasu, learned counsel appearing for the fifth respondent.
3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4, on instructions, would submit that the order dated 19.7.2017 was recalled by the fourth respondent, on 23.8.2017. 4.In view of the above said submission, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this Writ Petition and accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed.
