Prayer :- Criminal Original Petition is filed under section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, praying this Hon'ble Court to issue a direction directing the Learned Judicial Magistrate Court Rajapalayam, Virudhunagar District to pass orders under section 19

(8) of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act 2005 in the case in D.V.C No. 15/2019 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Rajapalayam, Virudhunagar District. ORDER:- Criminal Original Petition is coming up for hearing on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.T.Lajapathi Roy, Advocate for the Petitioner, this Court made the following order: This Court by an order dated 19.11.2019 has directed the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam, Virudhunagar District to dispose of the case in D.V.C.No.15 of 2019, within a period of six months, on a quash petition filed by the accused. The petitioner as a defacto complainant has filed a petition under Section 19 (r) of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act 2005 in the above D.V.C.No.15 of 2019. Already there is an order by this Court.

2. The Registry is directed to get a Status Report from the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam, Virudhunagar District and place before this Court by 10.12.2020.
