ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner is owning the petition mentioned agricultural lands. He had executed a settlement deed in favour of his son/Venkatesh Babu. However, the petitioner had retained life estate. Therefore, citing the execution of the settlement deed, the respondents cannot deny or refuse to grant electricity service connection. Subject to fulfilment of other formalities, the respondents are directed to grant electricity service connection for the petition mentioned agricultural lands as expeditiously as possible. 3.The writ petition is allowed accordingly.
