JUDGMENT

[Judgment of the Court was delivered by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] This Writ Appeal is directed against the order dated 05.08.2022 made in W.P.(MD)No.7138 of 2022 on the file of this Court. 2.Mr.N.Satheesh Kumar, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the State has submitted before this Court that in a similar matter, the Government has filed an appeal in W.A(MD)No.310 of 2023 and the same was dismissed by this Court on 27.03.2023. The said dismissal order was challenged before the Supreme Court in SLP (Civil).No.13168 of 2023 and the same was also dismissed.

3.In the light of the aforesaid decision of the Division Bench as well as the Supreme Court, no further adjudication is required in this appeal. Accordingly, the present Writ Appeal is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
