Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.A.SANKARA RAMASUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17680 of 2018 on 04.10.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17680 of 2018 on 04.10.2018 regularly and he https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.17680 of 2018 on 04.10.2018 is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
