ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent herein not to harass the petitioner.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that based upon the complaint given by the 3rd respondent herein, enquiry was undertaken in C.P.No.330 of 2021 and during the course of enquiry, it was found that it is purely a civil dispute. On that ground, it came to be closed on 23.07.2021. It is also observed that in respect of the dispute, a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.12727 of 2021 suit is also pending in O.S.No.70 of 2017 in Vedasandhur Sub Court. Further, during the course of enquiry, both parties gave a statement to the effect that they will workout their remedy in the pending suit. On that ground, it came to be closed. Since the complaint has been closed, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) and recording the undertaking given by both the parties, this petition is disposed of as infructuous.
