The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider his representation, dated 20.07.2015, wherein and whereby, the petitioner sought for waiving the penalty proposed to be imposed pursuant to the notice issued on him. But a perusal of the proceedings issued by the Tahsildar, Thiruvadanai, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Ramanathapuram District, dated 26.10.2015, which is made available in the typed set of papers, would show that already an order is passed against the petitioner to pay the fine amount of Rs.2,87,000/-. Therefore, the petitioner has to only challenge the said order in the manner known to and in accordance with law, before the appropriate authority, without seeking for disposal of his earlier representation, dated 20.07.2015. 2.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said order dated 26.10.2015 issued by the Tahsildar, Thiruvadanai, Ramanathapuram District, before the appropriate forum. No costs.
