This writ petition has been filed, seeking to quash the impugned notice of the third respondent dated 02.06.2017 issued in Na.Ka.No.1/2017/A1 with the consequential direction to the respondents 2 & 3 to conduct the scheduled Tender proceedings in a fair and transparent manner.
2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.
3. It is seen that the writ petition is filed only on 22.08.2017, challenging the notice dated 02.06.2017, which relates to the auction in respect of 36 shops in Nilakottai Flower Market and it is now represented by the respondent that the auction https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
itself was over, as directed by this Court in W.P.(MD) No.4419 of 2017 by order dated 16.03.2017. Hence, this Court is of the view that nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.
