ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This matter is listed under the caption 'for being mentioned' at the instance of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition only from 09.11.2020 to 17.11.2020 and thereafter he failed to comply with the conditions. By over cite it was brought to the notice of the Court that the petitioner is complying with the conditions. Therefore, the earlier order, dated 08.12.2020 was passed.
