2. The petitioner had lodged a complaint before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai and direction was given under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C, to the respondent to enquire into the matter. Pursuant to the said direction, the matter was enquired and the said complaint has been closed. Closure report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, is the contention of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
