[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The writ on hand has been instituted to direct the respondents to implement G.O(Ms).No.148, dated 20.07.2018 and extend the benefits of the same to all the aided schools, thereby facilitating the students studying in the Government aided schools to continue their English Medium Education on par with Government Schools.
2. The Educational Policy underwent several changes and the Government of Tamil Nadu has also implemented various schemes for imparting better education to the children. This being so, no further consideration is required in this Writ Petition and the same stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
