[Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The order under challenge in this Writ Petition is appealable before the statutory authority. We, therefore, do not see any reason to entertain the Writ Petition. The petitioner is given time till 11 September, 2017, to file appeal before the Appellate Authority. In case any such appeal is filed, the same shall be entertained and disposed of on merits, notwithstanding the delay. The status quo, as-on-today, shall be maintained till a decision is taken by the Appellate Authority either in the Stay Application or in the main Appeal.
