ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for Writ of Mandamus, directing the first and second respondents herein to grant permission to conduct the temple festival of Arulmigu Sri Mariamman, Sri Kaliamman, Sri Vinayagar, Sri Murugan, Sri Manthai Muniyandi situated at Valluvar Nagar, Nagayakottai Village, Gujiliamparai Taluk, Dindigul District, dated 10.07.2022 to 12.07.2022, by considering the petition preferred by the petitioner dated 21.06.2022 before the second respondent herein.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the third respondent and the Government Advocate for the first and second respondents submitted that today (04.07.2022), the Tahsildar, Gujiliamparai Taluk call for Peace Committee Meeting with regard to celebrating the disputed Temple festival. Now, the Peace Committee Meeting is going to be held on today (04.07.2022). 2/4

3. Recording the same, this Court directs the Tahsildar, Gujiliamparai Taluk, Dindigul District to conduct a Peace Committee Meeting by today (04.07.2022) and the parties are directed to participate in the Peace Committee Meeting on today itself.
