ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the official respondents to give Police protection. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the official respondents submits that the private respondents bought land from the petitioner herein for sale consideration of Rs.26 Lakhs. However, the private respondents paid only a sum of Rs.21.5 Lakhs. When the petitioner demanded the remaining amount, the private respondents threatened him. Hence, he preferred a complaint, based on which, an enquiry in CSR.No.358 of 2024 has been initiated as against the private respondents and the same is pending. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
