This petition has been filed to quash the FIR against the petitioners in Crime No.104 of 2020, dated 05.06.2020 pending on the file of the respondent police.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the respondent police completed the investigation in Crime No.104 of 2020 and also filed charge-sheet on 28.07.2020 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Mudhukulathur, Ramanathapuram District and it is pending for taking cognizance.

3. In view of the above, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
