ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioners and the petitioners family members on the guise of the enquiry based on the representation, dated 29/06/2021 given by the third respondent.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that it is a matrimonial dispute between the parties and during the course of enquiry, both the husband and wife joined together. Now, they are living happily. Hence, the complaint given by the third respondent was closed. 3.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
