The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondents to consider her representation dated 03.08.2017. 2.Mr.G.Muthukannan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.The petitioner would state that her father Savarimuthu purchased a land to an extent of 0.15.5 Hectare in S.F.No.265/7-B and to an extent of 0.31.0 Hectare in S.F.No.265/3-A at Malayadipatti Village, Manapparai Taluk, through a registered sale deed dated 26.05.1997. enjoyment of the same till his demise viz., 28.10.2003, subsequently, his legal heirs inherited the property. 4.The petitioner would state that the third respondent wrongly transferred the patta on the somebody else's name, hence, he gave a representations dated 07.06.2016 and 03.08.2017 to rectify the mistake. Since no action has been taken, the present writ petition.

5.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.06.2016 and 03.08.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after providing opportunity to all necessary parties, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
