respondent (on 14.06.2024 in the website) and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to follow spouse category priority as envisaged in G.O(Ms) No.176, School Education [SES(1)] Department, dated 17.12.2021 and thereby consider the case of the petitioner for allotment in Chellampatti Block in the subject of Tamil under the spouse category within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court. The instant Writ Petition has been filed by a B.R.T.E Teacher, challenging the seniority list published on 14.06.2024, for conducting transfer counselling.

2. On instructions, the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents submits that there are two vacancies in Virudhunagar B.R.T.E. In case, if the petitioner agrees to join any one of the post, the same could be offered to get the writ petitioner.

3. On instructions, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner also submits that his client is agreeable to join at Virudhunagar B.R.T.E. However, as and when vacancies arises at Madurai B.R.T.E, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his client may be considered for posting her at Madurai B.R.T.E.

4. In view of the above said facts, the respondent authorities are directed to transfer and post the writ petitioner at Virudhunagar B.R.T.E and in case, if any vacancies arises at Madurai B.R.T.E, the petitioner shall be given priority.

5. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
