2. The representation dated 05.08.2017 is pending on the file of the first respondent.

3. Mr.Pala Ramasamy, learned Standing Counsel, on instructions, submitted that the bank would consider the representation submitted by the petitioner and dispose of the same on merits.

4. We direct the first respondent to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 05.08.2017 on merits and in accordance with the relevant scheme. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The Writ Petition is disposed of, with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
