ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for R1 and R2. 2.The petitioner is the wife of the third respondent. There appears to be some matrimonial issue between them. The petitioner is based in Ramnad. The husband has given a complaint before the Thirupparankundram All Women Police Station.

3.I make it clear that the second respondent wants the petitioner to appear, the second respondent will issue written summons to the petitioner and the petitioner will be asked once for enquiry. She cannot be harassed by being repeatedly summoned. However, in the interest of justice, the following directions are issued.

(I) If the second respondent registers any FIR, the petitioner will be put on notice, so that, the petitioner will have breathing time to move the concerned Court for the relief of anticipatory bail.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11501 of 2020 (II) The second respondent is directed to conclude the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With this direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
