Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 3.

2. The petitioner challenges the issuance of patta to the fourth respondent during the UDR scheme. The same has been challenged by the petitioner by preferring an appeal to the first respondent on 19.12.2024.

3. Considering the pendency of the appeal before the first respondent, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's appeal, dated 19.12.2024 and pass final orders after giving an 2/4
