..Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order dated 19.04.2025 rejecting the petitioner's loan application in No.A2025031519312 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondent bank to sanction Rs.5,49,200/- as the educational loan for the academic year 2024-2028 by considering the petitioner's loan application.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to quash the impugned order dated 19.04.2025 rejecting the petitioner's loan application in No.A2025031519312 and consequential direction to the respondent bank to sanction Rs.5,49,200/- as the educational loan for the academic year 2024-2028 by considering the petitioner's loan application.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Pethu Rajesh, learned Counsel appearing for the respondents.

3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the impugned order has been passed without notice to her and without affording her an opportunity of personal hearing to put forth her case and hence, the same is liable to be set aside.

4. A perusal of the impugned order shows that it is bereft of reasoning. Therefore, the impugned order dated 19.04.2025 on the file of the respondent 2/5

bank is hereby set aside and the matter is remitted back to the respondent bank for fresh consideration. The petitioner shall make once again online application. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that online application shall be made on 24.11.2025 and the petitioner will also submit a representation in person. On receipt of such online application, the respondent bank is directed to consider the same in accordance with law. If the application is to be rejected, speaking order shall be passed, otherwise loan shall be sanctioned. The said exercised shall be completed within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of online application.

5. Since the order has been passed in the presence of the counsels, they shall not await the certified copy of this order.

6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. 21.11.2025 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet:Yes Rmk 3/5
