Respondent PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to implement the order of this Hon'ble Court by paying the compensation of a sum of Rs.9,07,000/- along with interest at the rate of 6% from August, 2010 to till date to the petitioner as per the order of this Honble Court in W.P.(MD). No.10328 of 2010 dated 29.03.2012.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondent to implement the order of this Hon'ble Court by paying the compensation of a sum of Rs.9,07,000/- along with interest at the rate of 6% from August, 2010 to till date to the petitioner as per the order of this Honble Court in W.P.(MD).No.10328 of 2010 dated 29.03.2012.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent has submitted that the order of this Court dated 29.03.2012 has been duly complied with by the respondent and the compensation has been paid to the petitioner along with interest and costs, without prejudice to the rights of the respondent in the appeal.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the view that nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. Hence, this petition is closed as having become https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

infructuous. It is made clear that any payment made by the respondent Corporation will be subject to the result of the appeal, said to be pending. No costs.
