ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the I Additional District Munsif Court, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.64 of 2015 within a time frame. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the suit in O.S.No.64 of 2015 has been filed for declaration. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the suit is pending from the year 2015, without any progress. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner pointed out the notification dated 23.11.2007, which insists the Courts below to dispose of the suit, within a period of 24 months from the date of filing of the suit.

3.In view of the notification dated 23.11.2007, the I Additional District Munsif Court, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District, is directed to complete the proceedings in O.S.No. 64 of 2015, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
