For Respondent : Mr.B.Nambi Selvan Additional Public Prosecutor PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For an Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.82 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294 (b), 323 and 506(i) IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002 in Cr.No.82 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has already surrendered before the trial Court and thereafter, he was released on bail. Hence, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
