ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of patta. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate for the respondents on the strength of the written instructions submitted that the petitioner's case cannot be accepted. If that be so, a formal order rejecting the petitioner's request will have to be passed and communicated to the petitioner. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the same in manner known to law. Such an order shall be passed by the second respondent within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
