Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st , 2nd ,3rd and 4th respondents to pass an order to include in Natham S.F.No.145A/3D (Old S.F.No.145A/3) an extent of 385 Square links and implead in Taluk and Village Accounts and survey the lands in accordnce with the sale deed, dated 31.10.1974 and issue patta as already requested by the petitioner.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st , 2nd ,3rd and 4th respondents to pass an order to include in Natham S.F.No.145A/3D (Old S.F.No.145A/3) on extent of 385 Square links and implead in Taluk and Village Accounts and survey the lands in accordnce with the sale deed, dated 31.10.1974 and issue patta as already requested by the petitioner.

2.Heard, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the Additionl Government Pleader for the respondents on the perusal of the records.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice, if a direction is given to the 2nd respondent to consider the representation dated 14.03.2017, which is included in page.35 of the type set.

4.Considering the limited scope of prayer sought for in this Writ Petition, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.03.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and accordance in with law, after providing opportunity to all necessary parties, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
