O R D E R

This petition is filed to issue a direction directing the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that on the basis of compliant given by one Murugesan, the second respondent police has registered the case in Crime No.60 of 2021 for the offences under Sections 406, 420, 506(1) of IPC, 3 and 4 of Prohibition of Charging Exorbitant Interest Act, 2003 against the petitioners. He would further submit that the second respondent repeatedly calling the petitioners for enquiry without issuing any notice.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that there are 5 previous cases pending against the petitioners and except for the investigation purpose, the petitioners was not called by the investigating officer.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11706 of 2021 Prosecutor that the second respondent has not made any harassment under the guise of enquiry against the petitioners. This Court directs the petitioners to cooperate with the second respondent to complete the investigation. This Court does not find any merits in this case. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
