[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the relief sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous, as the first respondent has already passed orders on 04.06.2021.

2. In view of the order dated 04.06.2021 passed by the first respondent in e.f.V2/31235/2016> nothing survives in this Writ Petition and the same stands dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
