Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to release the petitioner's tractor by name Sonalika Tractor bearing its registration No. TN 72 T 1004 and its trailer within a time as stipulated fixed by this Honourable Court based on the petitioner's representation dated 17/06/2019.
