ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents. 2.The petitioner wants survey and demarcation and issuance of separate patta in respect of petition mentioned property. The respondents are ready to do so subject to production of the following documents:- "The death and legal heir certificate of Nallu Thevar The death and legal heir certificate of Periyaramar." 3.After production of such documents, the petitioner also will have to clear the bushes that have sprung on the petition mentioned land. Thereafter, the respondents are ready to comply with the petitioner's request. 4.Recording the said submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents, the writ petition is disposed of.
