Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Declaration, to declare the nonselection of the petitioner to the interview to the post of Assistant Librarian held on 06.10.2020 in pursuance to the Recruitment Notification No.1665/REGR/TNNLU/RECRUITMENT/2019 dated 25.08.2019 issued by the second respondent University as illegal and consequently for a direction to conduct interview afresh by way of inviting the petitioner along with other eligible candidates within the time period stipulated by this Court.
