Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order of this Court dated 23.12.2020 passed in W.P.(MD)No.19355 of 2020, the respondent considered the petitioner's representation dated 05.10.2020 and dismissed the claim made by the petitioner and therefore, nothing survives in the contempt petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
