16127 of 2021: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to tender notice inviting tender for leasing of fishing rights in Manjalaru Reservoir, Theni District in tender reference No.23399/F3/2018-1 dated 25.08.2021 issued by the first respondent herein and quash the same as illegal and consequently direction the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

W.P.(MD)Nos.14333 and 16127 of 2021 respondents 1 to 3 herein to grant the lease of the fishing rights in Manjalaur Reservoir to our Society in adherence to G.O.Ms.No.15 Animal Husbandary Diary and Fisheries Department dated 29.01.2020 and also in terms of the judgment rendered by this Court in W.A(MD).
