ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner's son passed away during Covid pandemic. The petitioner wants ex gratia to be paid to her in that connection. The petitioner has given representation before the second respondent. It is for the second respondent to take a call in the matter.

3.The second respondent is directed to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 05.05.2023 on merits and in accordance with law and pass final order within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. 2/4
