Respondents Prayer:Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to remove the roundabout in BHEL Genasa Circle which is situated in Trichy to Thanjavur National Highways No.67 and erect a suitable Traffic Signal in that location in order to control the accidents on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 14.03.2016.

O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) The writ petitioner is aggrieved by the erection of a roundabout in BHEL Genasa Circle. According to him, this is causing accidents. He seeks erection of Traffic Signal instead. He gave a representation dated 14.03.2016 in this regard. 2.We direct the second respondent to consider the said representation dated 14.03.2016 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
