ORDER
This Writ petition is filed for directing the respondents No.2 and 3 to grant permission to the petitioner to conduct the Street Corner meeting and Demonstration with Mike and Speakers on 02.09.2017 from 6.00 p.m to 9.00 p.m at Public Ground in front of Samayanallur Government Higher Secondary School, Samayanallur in view of his Representation, dated 19.08.2017 and 21.08.2017. 2.The petitioner states that he is a member of Committee for
Protecting Nature (,aw;if ghJfhg;G FO) and that the Committee is involved to protect the nature and the change of Socio Economical up wardness of oppressed class people in our Country by way of protecting nature.
3.It is further submitted that the petitioner and the members of the organization are fighting against the imperialist atrocities committed against our Country. It is further represented that the Madurai District Committee have planned to organize the street corner meeting at Samayanallur in front of Government Higher Secondary School on 02.09.2017 from 6.00 p.m to 9.00 p.m.
4.The petitioner states that the committee is for protecting the nature (,aw;if ghJfhg;G FO) and he fairly admit that the committee is not a registered organization and not even a Registered Society under the Society Registration Act. The petitioner has stated that he is a member of the Committee for protecting the nature and that the said committee has organized the meeting on 02.09.2017.

In view of the fact that the petitioner is not a member of any registered organization or the organization, which is talked about is not a reputed organization, the bona fide of the petitioner is doubtful. The petitioner when he seeks permission in the name of the organization he is expected to produce materials to show the existence of the organization and its activities which are in tune with the object of such association. The petitioner himself describe the committee of nature protection as an association of several such organizations. 6.In such circumstances, by him claim the petitioner is likely to mislead the public and hence this Court is not in a position to exercise its discretionary power to permit the petitioner to conduct the demonstration on 02.09.2017, as proposed. Hence this petition is dismissed. No costs.
