CRL MP(MD). No.5886 of 2021 2.Today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that due to pandemic situation, the petitioner could not execute the sureties and surrender before the concerned Court within the stipulated time prescribed by this Court and hence seeks extension of time.

3.Considering the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, 15 days time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
