The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondents to consider his application dated 11.04.2017 and dispose the same. 2.Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.The petitioner would state that he has purchased the property in Survey No.58/1B3A and Survey No.123/10 at Kumaramangalam Village, Kulithalai Taluk, Dindigul District in the year 2010. Since then he has been in possession and enjoyment of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the same. Since there is a boundary dispute with the adjacent land owners, he approached the first respondent on 11.04.2017 by submitting an application to survey his land and he has also paid necessary charges.
4.The petitioner would allege that though the application was given on 11.04.2017, the respondents did not take any steps to survey his land, hence, the present writ petition. It is further stated that there is no rival claims over the property. 5.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the second respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 11.04.2017 and take appropriate action on merits and in accordance with law, after providing opportunity to all necessary parties, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
