A perusal of the report sent by the learned Subordinate Judge at Kovilpatti shows that currently he is having two cases which are pending for more than 15 years, 51 cases which are pending for more than 10 years and 534 cases which are pending for five years and more.

2.If the direction sought for by the civil revision petitioner is granted, it will interfere with the action plan that has been evolved by this court for disposal of old matters. When this aspect was pointed out, Mr.M.Prabu seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition with liberty to renew the very same request after a period of four months.
