************ [Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.] The writ petitioner seeks removal of the encroachment said to have been made by the respondents 3 to 5 in the Street in Survey No.920/20 and 920/25, R.Vellodu Village, Vedasandur Taluk, Dindigul District. The petitioner has already given a representation dated 20.07.2017 in this regard. This Court directs the second respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to conduct a survey of the street in question. If encroachment is noticed, the same shall be removed by following the statutory procedure. Notice shall be issued to the interested parties. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date fo receipt of a copy of this order. 2.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
