This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, seeking for a direction to the first and second respondents to defer all the further proceedings of the 1st respondent in C.No.F3/PR.26/2022 dated 06.06.2022, till the conclusion of the criminal case in Cr.No.1 of 2021 registered by the 3rd respondent.
2.After hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader, when this Court expressed that this is not a fit case for admission, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner prayed permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner made an endorsement to that effect. 2/4
