ORDER
This Contempt petition has been filed for reason that the second respondent has not complied with the order of this dated 10.02.2022 in considering the petitioner's representation dated 17.01.2022 in the light of Section 54(2) of the HR and CE Act.
2. It is seen that the petitioner has sent the order of the court on 05.03.2022 and thereafter no action taken. Hence notice dated 05.05.2022 issued to the second respondent. The second respondent received the same on 09.05.2022, thereafter the present petition has been filed.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner's representation was considered and orders were passed on 06.07.2022. Due to pre occupation and procedural obstacles the order has been passed with delay and for no other reason. 2/4
4. This Court finding that the prayer of the petitioner has been complied with and the reasons given by the respondents is acceptable
5. Recording the same, this contempt petition stands closed. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order dated 06.07.2022 in the manner known to law.
