Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the fourth respondent in his proceedings in e.f.vz;.2469/M4/2021, dated 23.07.2021 and quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the third respondent to appoint the petitioner as Headmaster (in-charge) in the fifth respondent school in terms of resolution passed by the School Committee vide resolution No.1, dated 21.12.2020 within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.
