ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, seeking for a direction to the first respondent to dispose the proposal submitted by the 3rd respondent dated 21.02.2022 for approval of the appointment of the petitioner as Physical Education Teacher with effect from 17.02.2022. 2.The petitioner was appointed as Physical Education Teacher in the third respondent School on 17.02.2022. The third respondent submitted a proposal for approval of the appointment of the petitioner as Physical Education Teacher with effect from 17.02.2022 to the first respondent on 21.02.2022. The petitioner was appointed in the sanctioned post and there is no surplus vacancy in the third respondent school. Therefore, this petition. 3.Heard Mr.T.Antony Arulraj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Sajibino, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

4.Considering the limited scope of this petition and prayer and the claim of the petitioner that he was appointed in the sanctioned post and there is no surplus vacancy, this Court directs the first respondent to dispose the proposal submitted by the third respondent on merits and in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
